I recently purchased a DVD game from Circuit City, NY for my niece back in India?
But this could not be installed on their PC – the computer has all the required configuration specified on the DVD disc. I was told the error message was “floating disc error”. Could this be a region code error? Any suggestions? Thanks for your time.
I am guessing that their computer drive only reads disks that are PAL region coded. Unless the game is multy region coded it will not work. I am pretty sure the game you purchased is NTSC.
